Queens College is located at 65-30 Kissena Boulevard at the corner of the Long Island Expressway (LIE) and Kissena Boulevard (Exit 24) in Flushing, Queens. The symposium talks will be held in room C201 in the Science Building and the Registration and Poster Sessions will be held in the Entrance Hall adjacent to the room (see campus map on how to access the Science Building from the Queens College Main Gate and see this picture to check the interior of the Science Building and where the C201 entrance and the Entrance Hall are located).
Driving
From Long Island:
Take the LIE (495) westbound and watch for Queens College signs. For the main gate, get off at Exit 24 (Kissena Boulevard). Make a left at the light onto Kissena Boulevard. For on-campus parking, get off at Exit 23 (Main St), turn left onto Main Street and make another left onto LIE service road. Watch for Queens College signs to Kupferberg parking.
From Manhattan:
Take the LIE eastbound (495) and watch for Queens College signs. Get off at Exit 24 (Kissena Boulevard). For main gate, continue down the service road until the first traffic light and make a right onto Kissena Boulevard. For on-campus parking, watch for signs for Kupferberg parking as soon as you exit the LIE.
Public transport
From Flushing/Main Street area:
Option 1: Take the Q25 or Q34 bus along Kissena Blvd to the campus (get off at Kissena Bl/Queens College).
Option 2: Take the Q17 bus to the corner of Kissena Blvd. and the Long Island Expressway, and walk one block south to the main gate.
From Manhattan:
Option 1: Take the #7 subway to Main St., Flushing, then follow the directions from the Flushing/Main Street area.
Option 2: Take the E, F, M, or R subway to 71st Ave., Forest Hills. From the corner of Queens Blvd. and 70th Rd., take the Q64 bus to Kissena Blvd. and Jewel Ave., and walk one block north to the main gate.

Lunch boxes:
Request for lunch boxes for the conference dates January 8-10 must be made in advance through the online registration system. Please note that requests cannot be made onsite during the conference. The lunch boxes can be picked up in the Entrance Hall adjacent to Hall C201.
On campus dining:
The food and dining facility open on campus between January 8-10 is Q Cafe located in the Dining Hall Building (see campus map). The opening hours are 8:00-15:00. Price range: $10-$20 per person. Available food menu for Q Cafe can be found on this website.
Off campus dining:
There are a few dining options off campus all within 10-15 min. walking distance from the Science Building (see this map):
